About the camp registration process for 2013
The camp session sign up process continues to evolve and we have added significant new features, which we anticipate will make the registration process more convenient. For 2013 the registration site allows enrollment for multiple sessions at once. Another change that has been implemented at the request of our Administrator is the inability to register a camper for any sessions without making immediate down payment (a 50% deposit are required; full payment is appreciated). We believe this feature will ensure that all spaces reserved represent real commitments to attend. Those wishing to pay by check are still able to do that, but will need to make arrangements directly with the camp administrator (ADMINISTRATOR). We are designing our on-line registration system to have the capability to serve our needs well into the future and we hope yet again to learn from our experiences this year, striving to continue to make improvements until perfection is achieved!
Please note:
Registration for camp sessions in 2013 is entirely ON-LINE. For those of you that used the system last year (2012), we encourage you to use your existing USER NAME and PASSWORD to sign in to the registration system. Reminders can be requested via the site. New users will need to register first and establish a USER NAME and PASSWORD before being able to register for any camp sessions. Registering will allow you to view all sign up information, as well as payment balances. We are asking that each family only register ONCE for all children that plan to sign up for camp.
In order to sign up campers for any camp session, please use the link above, which will navigate you to the appropriate site and provide further instructions.
For those planning to register for the 2-6 yr olds program-Īkšķīši, you will first sign up for the desired session, and then register individual Īkšķīši campers and their accompanying chaperones (parents, guardians), as well as select accommodations. Room selections will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Once you submit your registration request, making changes becomes complicated, so we encourage you to complete the registration process carefully! (If you do need to make changes, please contact the camp administrator via e-mail at kanceleja@nydraudze.org.)
The system will automatically calculate your fees and you will have the opportunity to review them in total on your screen before submitting payment. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your registration. With this complete, your camper will be officially registered! At this time, the system cannot accept American Express. Please use your Visa or Mastercard.
Please know we continue to work to improve our on-line registration system. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us here. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner.
With kind regards,
Your Camp Administrators and Web Site Administrators
